Sunset Grill and Beach Bar

The atmosphere is incredible! Perfect view of the sunsets completely unobstructed and really cool to watch the cruise ships go by. Amazing singers/bands every night. The food is phenomenal! I got the salmon and tuna poke bowl and it’s one of my favorites. They stopped selling white claws which sucks, but they still carry my other favorite drink. Parking is free as long as you give them your license plate number. The parking lot is well paved and maintained. Fun for a nice evening experience in beautiful Florida!

We enjoyed the sunset at the beach next to the restaurant. This is a nice place with an enjoyable ambiance, a dance room, a bar area and an inside dining area. It has a gift shop next to the welcome area and the menu has a variety of dishes to enjoy. Not expensive and yes delicious. We got the craisins and avocado salad with chicken and the burger with fries. Our server was very nice and attentive despite the busy time we went in. Yes I'd definitely go by again if I'm by the area of Ruskin. The only thing we were sad about: no chocolate dessert

Phenomenal! I celebrated my birthday on Sat 3/15 and the food was amazing! Caleb was attentive and great. Key lime pie blew me away!! I will definitely visit again!! Get the Lobster Grilled Cheese.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a lovely date night at Sunset Grill and Bar, and I’m excited to share our experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a wonderful evening. We started with the California flatbread, which was a great choice—fresh and delicious, making it perfect for sharing. Then we dove into the nachos topped with both chicken and beef. They were loaded with toppings and bursting with flavor, making for a satisfying appetizer. But the highlight of the night for me was the seafood bisque. It was incredibly rich and creamy, with just the right amount of seafood goodness. I found myself savoring every spoonful—it’s definitely a must-try! To complement our meal, I ordered what I lovingly call the "grown folks lemonade." This adult beverage was refreshing and delightful, adding a fun twist to our evening. It was the perfect drink to enjoy alongside our meal. Overall, our experience at Sunset Grill and Bar was fantastic. The food was delicious, the drinks were enjoyable, and the ambiance was perfect for a date night. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great evening out!

Lunch at Little Harbor Sunset Grill and Beach Bar was a delightful experience. The setting was perfect—we enjoyed sitting outside with a beautiful view overlooking the water, which made for a relaxing and scenic meal. The food was tasty, but I did enjoy my drink and our server, Keith, did a great job making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. One of our orders came out incorrectly, but the manager handled it promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely spot for lunch with great service and a beautiful atmosphere. We’d definitely return!

This place had such amazing dinners we actually went and ate here on three of our seven days while renting a Condo in Little Harbor. We had intentions on trying several restaurants but the food here was so amazing we kept coming back!!! I must also say, that all four of us ordered something different for dinner on each visit and were equally satisfied. The customer service was top notch and the view was amazing!! If you are anywhere close to this place, you must stop by, it is more than worth it!

The vibe is warm, inviting, and perfect SUNSETS — you can feel the passion the team has for great food and service. Every single bite was a standout. The flavors were bold, creative, and perfectly balanced. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in every dish — from the beautifully plated appetizers to the mouthwatering mains. The Sunset dry rub wings completely blew us away — easily one of the best we've ever had! The staff was equally amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and more than happy to share their favorite picks and pairing suggestions. The attention to detail, both in the food and the overall experience, really sets this place apart. If you're a true foodie looking for your next obsession — this is it. We were so impressed that we went back the next week to continue to explore the menu.

Living in Sun City Center, FL, most of my friends know where I am going when I say, "Let's go on vacation". I am headed to Sunset Bar and Grill at little harbor. If you go on the weekend, the sound of steel drums greets you as you enter. A walk to the enclosed, covered or boardwalk seating by the ocean with a view of Saint Petersburg and Tampa in the distance will soon have you feeling you are on vacation. It's gets even better as you are seated and check out the culinary delights that await you on the menu. Most servers are great but on several trips when our hostess was Madison she made our visit a special occasion. Her customer service skills are a credit to the Sunset Grill. She complimented our visit to the point that my guests were still speaking of her gracious manner when we left. The menu will have you struggling to decide what delicacy to choose but I am hooked on the Grouper Sandwich which never disappoints. Just when I thought I had indeed feasted on my favorite meal, we ordered the key lime pie and were transported to culinary heaven. The sunbathers on the beach and in the water, the yachts skimming the surface of the harbor and the trays on mimosas and special drinks added to my vacation. Food, service and ambiance, this restaurant has it all. I try to go on vacation here at least twice a month but I intend to increase my frequency somewhat since even friends lwho I brought here asked me when they could return again.
